Crispy Salmon Skin Chips (2 servings)
📌材料 Ingredients:
三文魚魚皮 Salmon skin 200克(g)
📌調味料 Seasonings:
椒鹽粉 Salt & pepper powder 少許(to taste)
七味唐辛子 Shichimi Togarashi 少許(to taste)
📌醃料 Marinade:
食鹽 Salt 少許(to taste)
胡椒粉 Ground white pepper 少許(to taste)
🔪煮法 Method:
1. 魚皮浸淡鹽水1小時去除雪味
Soak salmon skins in mild salted water for 1 hour, eliminating the freezer taste.
2. 魚皮切條
Slice salmon skin into strips.
3. 加入醃料醃15分鐘
Marinate for 15 minutes.
4. 魚皮皮向上放入氣炸鍋
Place slices skin side up in the air-fryer.
5. 以200度氣炸20分鐘
Air-fry at 200℃ for 20 minutes, and serve.
6. 撒點椒鹽粉、七味唐辛子(或任何喜歡的調味料)即成
Lightly dredge the skin chips with pepper salt and shichimi togarashi
(or any seasonings you like), and serve.
