蝦醬炒高麗菜 (2人份)
Fried Cabbage with Shrimp Sauce (2 servings)
📌材料 Ingredients:
高麗菜 Cabbage 400克(g)
蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙(tbsp)
乾蔥碎 Chopped shallot 30克(g)
水 Water 50毫升(ml)
📌調味料 Seasonings:
蝦醬 Shrimp sauce ½湯匙(tbsp)
代糖 Erythritol ½湯匙(tbsp)
煮法 Method:
1. 手撕高麗菜成小塊
Tear cabbage into irregular pieces.
2. 中火燒熱油, 爆香蒜蓉、乾蔥碎、蝦醬、代糖
Medium heat. Put in garlic, shallot, shrimp sauce, and erythritol,
and fry them until fragrant.
3. 放入高麗菜翻炒
Add cabbage and keep stir-frying.
4. 倒入50毫升清水, 上蓋焗煮3分鐘即成
Add 50 ml of water. Cover the wok cook for 3 minutes, and serve.
