上湯蒜子浸紅莧菜 (2人份)
Red Amaranth and Garlic in Broth (2 servings)


📌材料 Ingredients:
紅莧菜 Red amaranth       700克(g)
蒜子 Garlic                       12粒(cloves)
上湯 Broth                        250ml

📌調味料 Seasonings:
鹽 Salt                              少許(to taste)

🔪煮法 Method:
1. 紅莧菜切段
Cut red amaranth into 2-inch-long sections.

2. 小火燒熱油 慢煎蒜子至微焦

Fry garlic until browned over low heat.


3. 轉中火, 加入紅莧菜續炒

Turn to medium heat. Put in red amaranth and keep stir-frying.


4. 加入上湯, 蓋焗煮3分鐘即成

Pour in broth. Cover the wok and cook for 3 minutes.


5. 上菜前加點鹽調鹽調味

Add some salt to taste before serving.
