Roasted Spring Chicken with Spicy Chicken Roasted Sauce (4 servings)

📌材料 Ingredients:
春雞 Spring chicken                                    900克(g)
抱子甘藍 Brussels sprouts                          200克(g)

📌醃料 Marinade:
辣雞麵醬 Spicy chicken roasted sauce   30克(g)

🔪煮法 Method:
1. 春雞浸淡鹽水1小時, 可去除雪味和增加雞肉水份
Soak spring chicken in mild salted water for 1 hour, eliminating the freezer taste and making the chicken more moist.

2. 抱子甘藍對半切開
Cut brussels sprouts in half.

3. 春雞對半切開
Cut spring chicken in half.

4. 春雞加入醃料醃4小時
Marinate chicken for 4 hours.

5. 抱子甘藍和春雞皮向下放入氣炸鍋
Put brussels sprouts and chicken skin side down in an air-fryer.

6. 先以180度氣炸15分鐘
Air-fry at 180℃ for 15 minutes.

7. 春雞翻面, 再以180度氣炸15分鐘即成
Flip over chicken. Air-fry at 180℃ for 15 more minutes, and serve.
