芝士焗雞扒 (2人份)

📌材料 Ingredients:
雞排 Chicken chop 400克(g)
杏鮑菇 King oyster mushroom 150克(g)
芝士碎 Shredded cheese 30克(g)
意大利綜合香料 Italian mix herbs 隨意(Optional)
📌雞排醃料 Marinade for chicken:
鹽 Slat 少許(to taste)
黑胡椒碎 Ground black pepper 少許(to taste)
酒 Wine 1湯匙(tbsp)
📌杏鮑菇醃料 Marinade for king oyster mushroom:
鹽 Slat 少許(to taste)
黑胡椒碎 Ground black pepper 少許(to taste)
油 Oil 少許(to taste)
🔪煮法 Method:
1. 杏鮑菇切片
Slice the mushroom.
2. 雞排對半切開
Cut chicken chop in half.
3. 雞排和杏鮑菇各自醃15分鐘
Marinate chicken for 15 minutes separately.
4. 杏鮑菇和雞排放入氣炸鍋, 以200度氣炸18分鐘
Put mushroom and chicken in air fryer, and air-fry at 200℃ for 18 minutes.
5. 雞排翻面後舖上芝士, 再以200度氣炸3分鐘
Flip the chicken chop and top with cheese, and air-fry at 200℃ for 3 minutes.
6. 撒點意大利綜合香料即成
Sprinkle with Italian mix herbs, and serve.
