生炸雞髀 (2人份)
Deep Fried Chicken Leg (2 servings)
📌材料 Ingredients:
雞腿 Chicken legs 2隻(pcs)
📌醃料 Marinade:
乳酪 Yogurt 1湯匙(tbsp)
蒜蓉 Minced garlic 1湯匙(tbsp)
生抽 Light soy sauce 1湯匙(tbsp)
食油 Oil ½湯匙(tbsp)
五香粉 Allspice 1湯匙(tbsp)
粟粉 Cornstarch 1湯匙(tbsp)
🔪煮法 Method:
1. 雞腿浸淡鹽水1小時, 可去除雪味和增加雞肉水份
Soak chicken legs in mild salted water for 1 hour, eliminating the freezer taste and making the chicken more moist.
2. 加入醃料醃3小時
Marinate for 3 hours.
3. 雞腿皮向下放入氣炸鍋
Put chicken legs skin side down in an air-fryer.
4. 先以180度氣炸12分鐘
Air-fry at 180℃ for 12 minutes.
5. 雞腿翻面, 再以180度氣炸5分鐘即成
Flip over chicken legs. Air-fry at 180℃ for 5 more minutes, and serve.
