Salt-Baked Chicken Wings (3 servings)
📌材料 Ingredients:
雞中翼 Chicken wingettes 700克(g)
📌醃料 Marinade:
鹽焗雞粉 Spicy bake mix 30克(g)
🔪煮法 Method:
1. 雞翼浸淡鹽水1小時, 可去除雪味和增加雞肉水份
Soak chicken wingettes in mild salted water for 1 hour, eliminating the freezer taste and making the chicken more moist.
2. 用廚房紙擦乾水份
Pat dry chicken wingettes with paper towels.
3. 加入醃料醃3小時
Marinate for 3 hours.
4. 雞翼皮向下放入氣炸鍋
Put chicken wingettes skin side down in an air-fryer.
5. 先以180度氣炸12分鐘
Air-fry at 180℃ for 12 minutes.
6. 雞翼翻面, 再以180度氣炸5分鐘即成
Flip over chicken wingettes. Air-fry at 180℃ for 5 more minutes, and serve.
