Salted Pork Knuckle and Turnip Soup (4 servings)

📌材料 Ingredients:
鹹豬手 Salted pork knuckle     800克(g)
白蘿蔔 Turnip                            800克(g)
薑片 Ginger slices                       20克(g)
月桂葉 Bay leaves                       10克(g)
八角 Star anise                          1粒(pcs)
清水 Water                                 1公升(L)

🔪煮法 Method:
1. 鹹豬手浸淡鹽水1小時, 可去除雪味和增加豬肉水份
Soak salted pork knuckle in mild salted water for 1 hour, eliminating the freezer taste and making the pork more moist.

2. 鹹豬手汆水20分鐘後, 清水沖洗乾淨
Blanch salted pork knuckle for 20 minutes, and rinse with cold water.

3. 白蘿蔔刨皮後切塊
Peel and cut the turnip into chunks.

4. 除白蘿蔔外, 所有材料倒入壓力鍋煮30分鐘
Besides turnip, put all ingredients in the pressure cooker. Then cook for 30 minutes.

5. 30分鐘後, 夾出鹹豬手後切成小塊
30 minutes later, take out the salted pork knuckle, and cut it into chunks.

6. 放回鹹豬手到壓力鍋後放入白蘿蔔, 再煮15分鐘即成
Put back the pork knuckle in the pressure cooker and add in turnip. Then cook for 15 minutes, and serve.
